It was a bit confusing at first but we called for help and Breanna was very nice and super helpful! They remotely open the door for you, and remotely start the chair as well. You go in, take your shoes off, sanitize the chair, sit down, and follow the instructions to get started! The chair is very comfortable and the massage was so incredible! We did have one issue with my chair, the compression was not working at all. We called and although they couldn’t fix it they made it right and where super understanding. We will definitely be coming back. Amazing experience you have to try this!!

I bought a Groupon and tried to redeem it on the website. I got confused and didn’t read the instructions correctly (my fault). However, when texting with an employee to fix my reservation and payment, they were very rude and talked to me like I was stupid. It was bad enough where I cancelled the reservation and got the Groupon refunded.
