Chair was great, but room not dark at all due to lights in the building too bright, sound not loud enough and I do wish a person was there to help. We got a bogo so we will be back. Just needs to be dark in room because they advertise that and it’s not.

Sharing first-time experiences from an after-hours visit. Accessing the building was much simpler than expected, with a simple phone call to unlock. We were talked through all preparations right up to the point where the massage began. Actual massage experience was more than satisfactory (although users with extra-wide feet or thick calves should expect some initial discomfort). Haven’t felt this limber and awake in years.
