Me and my boyfriend saw the scalp treatment they offer and thought we would try it out since not many places offer this service. The ladies that helped us were friendly and thorough. The treatment was very relaxing and our scalps looked great after. For the two of us, the 60min treatment was super affordable and well worth the money!

I visited Zero Gravity for a scalp spa treatment and absolutely loved it! The spa is clean and neat and has the perfect lighting to relax and get comfy. The specialist who worked with me was very kind and made sure to check in with me frequently to be sure I was comfortable. I left feeling rejuvenated and my scalp felt totally brand new. I have already recommended Zero Gravity to a handful of friends and family and will be back myself very soon!

I booked an online appointment for a headspa/detox after many months of searching for someone who offered these services. Upon arrival, all the staff were welcoming, very friendly and accommodating! The head-spa was absolutely incredible! It was so relaxing and she made sure she walked me through every step of the process. Once finished, i was able to see my scalp results and i was speechless! I felt like i had lost 10lbs off of my scalp. I am so impressed and thankful for their services! They are the nicest people and i plan to be back many more times in the future! Im recommending this spa to everyone i know!!

Awesome experience! I had a scalp massage with scalp analysis and mini facial. They washed my hair for an hour straight loved it. They also use quality products, down to the Dyson hair dryer when they style your hair after the massage ♀️ very affordable and will be coming back

**WHY AREN’T THESE ON EVERY CORNER?!?** Truly am amazing experience!! Staff was kind and patient with us as this was our first time. Unbelievable results!!! We went to Zero Gravity today for the one hour treatment (get the one hour, y’all! It’s worth the extra time!) and it was such a treat! We were in bliss. If you’re reading this to figure out if you should go, you should. Call ahead, make an appointment with a friend, and make an afternoon out of it! If you’re anything like us, you’ll get in the car and rave about it all afternoon! We can’t wait to come back soon!

We found Zero Gravity head Spa & Wellness in the areas (where we had lunch) and made an appointment for 30 mins. session (like other reviews indicated make sure you ask for 30 or 60 mins session since there is different in prices). The place was very clean, professional and Covid complied (all technicians wore masks).The spa was amazing and calming (zen like, we both ended up extend our session to 60 mins). First thing, they scanned your scalp and hair and on to the massage chair. My masseuse technician Tracy did an amazing job. From the beginning she worked around and lower part of my head and found various pressure point I like, after that she massages and knew what to do to my head for 60 mins (she also constantly washed and rinsed my hair, which I thought was a little overkill). She also applied a mask over my face to cleansed my skin (not sure if that was bonus). Not only you’re getting a head massage but the massage chair (high end) were amazing as I feel like Iam getting a back, arm, feet and full body massage for one price.Overall, it was an amazing experience (I wrote this review today by regretted not coming back again before we headed back to Chicago), I highly recommended and a great way to round out the relaxing and rejuvenating time at the spa. Zero Gravity, you guys definitely impressed and left a good experience part of our trip. This place is amazing!!! I felt so relaxed and my head/scalp felt lighter somehow when I left. The gravity chair felt like well done full body massage while having my scalp treatment. When I arrived I was greeted with a friendly smile and Tracy was awesome she explained the treatment in full before we started so I knew what to expect. She did a fantastic job and was extremely thorough. I will definitely be back!!!!
