Tyson did my nails and he did a PERFECT job. I also got a deluxe pedicure and it was so relaxing. My cousin and I made an appointment to come in and they got us right in at our appointment time. This was my first time ever at this salon, and it was the best experience and service I have ever had. Tyson did my nails and he did a PERFECT job. I also got a deluxe pedicure and it was so relaxing. My cousin and I made an appointment to come in and they got us right in at our appointment time. I would highly recommend coming here to treat yourself for the day!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI am so upset with this visit. I paid 130 dollars for design nails and a basic pedicure with gel, which I was willing to do until I left and got the chance to look at my nails more in detail. The glitter on the tips was patchy and the details were crooked. My toe nails were painted so thinly that in better light you could see how patchy it was as well. I left with polish on my fingers and dried out skin around my nails. I called the salon back to see what could be done after having to go and get my nails fixed before seeing people since I left crying and the manager told me that there was nothing that she could do because I didn’t say anything at the time (I have severe social anxiety). She then tried telling me to come in or send her pictures so I told her I would send pictures and she accused me of trying to send a picture of my nails from somewhere else. After I got very upset with her she offered 20 percent off my next visit rather than even a partial refund. The customer service here was horrible, the work was over priced, the shop was run down, and the polish was low quality.Services: Pedicure, Nail art, ManicureI am so upset with this visit. I am so upset with this visit. I paid 130 dollars for design nails and a basic pedicure with gel, which I was willing to do until I left and got the chance to look at my nails more in detail. Positive: QualityI am so OCD and slight perfectionist about my nails especially when I’m paying over $100. The definition of perfect does not even describe how great the salon is. I am so picky about every inch of my finger getting painted. And they did such a good job.
