Was my go to nail place I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Was due to go in for a fill when one of my nails popped off and I saw a greenish brown spot on my nail. I decided to pop off all my nails and to my surprise I have fungus growing on 6 nails. I usually would recommend this place to everyone the environment is amazing and the people are great. But I can’t get over my nails being like this. I know people who have had this problem and it had taken years for their nails to get back to normal.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got there around 5 pm for a full set acrylics. Not even 20 minutes later they were done. They look horrible. The shapes are uneven, the lengths are uneven she didn’t measure them. I fixed 2 of my nails at home bcs the shaping was so horrible. The polish in the first picture is very uneven and not symmetrical with the other side. This second photo is okay I like how this hand looks but I will not be going back. I got there around 5 pm for a full set acrylics. Not even 20 minutes later they were done. They look horrible. The shapes are uneven, the lengths are uneven she didn’t measure them. I had an appt scheduled for 3 of us for pedicures at 11 am. My mother and I sat there for 40 minutes with our feet soaking before they started on her. Meanwhile I sat for an hour and a half with my feet in water getting so pruny my feet where white! While this other technician took another client who just walked in and had the nerve to say “she had an appt”. I was beyond livid by this seeing as I as well had an appt for not one but 3 people. My time was wasted and my mood was ruined. I never received my pedicure because I refused their services with how rude, disrespectful, and unbothered by ruining my day! I will never go back to this place again and I highly encourage you not to as well.

If I could give zero stars I would have!!! I went to Zen’s for eyelash extensions. The owner Zen, Came in and did my eyelash extensions. She said she had over 20 years experience, I showed her exactly what I previously had which were regular eyelash extensions some single some fanned. I told her through my experience exactly what worked best for me in terms of retention, which was on the shorter side but made my lashes look fuller since I have very thin lashes naturally. When she was done and opened my eyes and felt my lashes they were hard as a rock with big clumps of glue throughout my lashes and my lashes were all basically glued together. When she was doing my lashes I could feel that it was different she used her fingers no tools and felt like she was squeezing my lashes together, I again explained that I wanted eyelash extensions like I previously had referring to the pictures in the information I had previously given to her, and she said no I’m just doing a different technique. After several weeks I wasn’t able to deal with it anymore the clumps of glue hurts so badly when I close my eyes and my lashes felt like they were being pulled out. I went in and explain this was not what I asked for this was not what I wanted she should’ve told me what she wanted to do and giving me the option to choose between the ““ normal eyelash extensions ““ and this technique that she gave to me. So when I went in to have my extensions removed the owner was not there but Tracy was . So Tracy put this product on my eyelashes that looked and felt like Vaseline, she literally had me sit there for an hour and a half with this on my eyes and when she came over to start taking the lashes off I could feel her pulling my own lashes out, it did hurt a lot, and I did jump quite a few times. I said to her several times you’re pulling my lashes out, she said nope just the fake ones. She put more product on, And had me sit longer and came back about 20 to 30 minutes later and started removing the rest of my lashes. I think she pulled out easily half of my own lashes, and I was left with bald spots and my lashes were a third of the length that they previously were. Save yourself some pain and do not go to Zen’s to have your eyelashes done!I wanted to support local business but this was the worst experience I think I have ever had

I love everyone there. They are very friendly and they take care of you. My nails last quite a long time too which is a plus. Cindy has been doing my nails lately and I love them each time…she got me into the color changing nail polish and I get so many compliments!

They made my nails crooked the lady cut me she messed up my sisters nails they are uneven she left in the middle of doing my sisters nails she left to do someone’s feet I dont recomend zens she told my sisters to get out of the seat when she wasnt even done and told her to pay. Nail art
