I purchased this on Groupon, and it states: diamond microderm, hydrating facial, and home kit. The tech is late and blamed it misinform from Groupon about the appointment though I am sure they get alerts well in advance. Lack of preparation. Performed microderm, micro needling and didn’t really do much of a massage or a facial as stating on the deal. No home kit provided either. I do not recommend this business. This was a complete waste of time and money. 1/10 recommendations.

I called the next morning and they were so kind and accommodating. I went back in and the lash was redone to perfection. Wow! Zenity Spa is very clean, relaxing and peaceful. I got anti aging facial at Zenity spa today. I was a bit skeptical since I never had an anti aging facial before but I must say it was a pleasant experience. I will definitely go again. Skin looks fresh and plumper immediately after the 45 minute session. Overall a relaxing experience!

I love Zenity Spa! I’ve experienced many of their services: facials, waxes, pedicures, and most recently, a massage. They do excellent work and that’s why I’m a repeat customer. The environment is soothing and the customer service is awesome; I always feel like a valued customer. Recently I was troubled with a Sciatic nerve issue and Kathy recommended a massage. The masseur was knowledgeable and gave me a therapeutic massage specific to my issue. She also recommended (demonstrated) stretching exercises and suggested next steps to follow (with my chiropractor/doctor) if the massage didn’t help. Great new, it made a significant difference! Kathy and her team are great.

This was my first time at Zenity Spa but not my first time seeing Jordan who is the new manager of the Spa. It had been quite some time since I last had a deep tissue massage and I didn’t realize just how bad my condition was. The result was the next day I felt better than I have in a long time. I have been to massage parlors all over and even in other countries, hands down Jordan has the most attention to detail and doesn’t go overboard resulting in potential injury. This place is definitely worth giving a try!

I received a gift card from my best friend for a facial and massage. Both were amazing! My facial left my skin vibrant and beautiful. My massage was icing on the cake! The staff was patient with my questions (I always ask a lot of questions) even though I know I can be too inquisitive at times. Overall very nice experience. Also, The decor is gorgeous! I plan to return.

I went to Zenity spa to treat myself for my birthday and I can honestly say I was unimpressed. Starting with the massage it was a disappointment and I guess that is what set the tone for a lack luster experience. I have honestly had a better massage from a friend who just rubbed my shoulders. During my facial I had to ask step by step what was being doing or applied to my skin. I think this would be the norm to consult with your client and inform them of what is being done to their body.

Metime spa package was amazing! I left there with pep in my step and felt rejuvenate! It was a great gift. Never had a copper bowl pedi, the list of benefits seems worth it. My feet and toes look and feel great. The Swedish massage relieved tension in my muscles, but didn’t leave me feeling like I punching bag for an hour. The facial, oh the facial. It was so soothing I could barely keep eyes open. Oh lunch was great! It happen be be one of my favorite salads for Jason’s Deli; the Nutty Mix-up with chicken. I don’t about other clients; but my spa day was wonderful!

I tried this spa because of a Groupon special. The massage was just okay, felt as though the person was in a rush to get me off of the table. The “hot stone” portion of the massage lasted maybe 10 minutes. The total massage lasted maybe 35 minutes and the foot mask was nothing but some cream and a luke warm wet towel. Extremely disappointed with the service. I will not book another appointment there. They are still learning about customer service.
