Unbelievable service!. Will not recommend or be back here again. Every time the owner which is Zena. Tells you to come she is never on time. Or will start your hair and have someone else finish it!!!. if you started it finish it. Another thing is them speakin about other people that’s amongst them, so rude.

You call for an appointment and the stylist quote a price, once you arrive the price change. The stylist are magicians because they disappear in the process of braiding your hair and return when they feel like it. I sat in the chair for over five hour for simple cornrow style. When I expressed how they wasted my time they became arguementive. If you looking for professionalism Zenia’s is not the place to be. The style was close to what I asked for. I gave them one star for opening the door.

Charged me 90 dollars for about 10 feedin in braids .. not to mention kids running all over and tugging on me and she had to keep stopping… they do good hair but not worth the long wait and unprofessional behavior. Lost me as a customer !

their service is horrible. I went here Nd they couldn’t get my feedin braids right they had to do them over and over until it was right. And because I was paying my money I wanted my hairstyle to be worth what I was paying and they got an attitude. One girl even got up and walked away because she was angry that she didn’t do a braid right and I wanted it to be done over. I do not recommend this place at all. They are very unprofessional. And aren’t good braiders

Hate it! I always give her picture and she never does what I want. Plus her children are always in there so she always has to stop. She literally left in the middle of doing my hair to run her child some where and was gone for 1hr and 15 min. That is unacceptable!
