I’ve gone to Dianne for months and always had a great experience. I booked with her daughter who is very new to sugaring, just for half legs and arms and did not have good results. It was painful (more than normal), I had hair left on my legs and arms, my skin was bruised and irritated, a bit swollen, etc. I never complained to her daughter and paid full price and even tipped over 20%. I did text Dianne some honest and kind feedback about my experience so she could help her get more experience. Her initial response was good and she thanked me for the feedback and my grace and kindness about it. A month later I needed to cancel an appointment and was met with a text that she no longer wanted me as a customer because I hurt her feelings about her daughter. So do I recommend Dianne? Yes, she’s great at her job. I do not recommend trying to offer any advice or feedback because she is unable to take it in context and apparently doesn’t like to know how her customers feel. I specifically told her I was letting her know to avoid bad reviews and unhappy customers that may not be as understanding as I was. Unfortunately, that didn’t work. So I’m leaving an honest review to prevent someone else the trouble.

Diann was such a sweetheart and extremely professional. After years of waxing, I was wanting to try the sugar treatment and Diann walked me through the process and explained exactly what to expect. Before the appointment she sent detailed texts of where her studio was located with instructions on how to enter the building, which I greatly appreciated.

I had to go thru a list of things they needed before you come and a credit card # in case you you were late or didn’t show up and I was late bc I couldn’t find it and when I finally did I was like 5 -10 minutes late and she said she had 15 minute increments so I missed mine and wouldn’t let me even re-schedule! So no I would never go there again !
