I came to this place three times. The first time was good. Zena was professional and understanding. The second time was a little bit worse. I felt some pulling of the hair on my legs. The third time was horrible. Zena wasn’t clear about the time when she was available. She said she will be in the office at 2:30/3:00, yet I had to wait until 5:00 to remove one hair on my upper lip. Moreover, Zena was very condescending and disrespectful. She told me I have horrible skin and that for this type of smaller hair all I need is a pair of scissors and tweezers. Then she proceeded to pull the hair without taking the time to make multiple insertions with the needle. She didn’t charge me for this appointment but what good is that when the procedure is done improperly? I’m just hoping the hair won’t grow back ten times stronger. I’m never coming back.
