If I could give this place zero stars I would. Please do not waste your time or money coming here. Truly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I arrived for my full set appt. and they lady was very rude from the start. I showed her a simple picture of what I wanted and she seemed very confused and unsure what she was doing. Midway through the appt. I’m noticing nails are very uneven and crooked so I express my concerns. She assures me it’ll be fine and she will fix it. By the end of the appt. I am not pleased with my nails whatsoever and she tells me they’re going to be $65!! I once again express my issues with the manager and she says there’s nothing they can do and I have to pay for them. Can’t believe I was expected to pay $65 for something it looks like a child did and they made no effort in fixing the issue. Very upset with my experience.

Did great work. Gave my 6 year old the best spa treatment, treated her like a princess, gave her stickers on her nails, let her pick as many colors as she wanted. Love this place.

This is a very good salon. I’ve been going here for about a year & so has my 16 yr old daughter. It’s amazing to find all 5 star & 1 star reviews! I think the 1 star reviews are mainly the fault of the nail technician as neither my daughter or I have ever had a negative experience in here. The girl that does mine is very nice & she speaks excellent English. She’s more difficult to get into as she only works one or two days a week. The girl that does my daughters nails also speaks excellent English & is very nice & my daughter always has good things to say about her! You hear that people never write reviews unless they’ve had a bad experience & that is probably the case here as well. This could be the fault of just 1 or 2 of the nail techs they’ve got in there & a polite complaint to the management could possibly resolve it. Go back and try another technician!

I was surprised of those bad reviews! I have been going there for about a year now. From day 1 all of the workers have been so friendly and funny! Not all the nail techs are as talkative as some, but that doesn’t mean that they are not friendly! I would highly recommend this salon over many here in Wichita. If you don’t like your nails or something doesn’t look right they will fix it. Having said that I have never had a bad experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone! Oh and the salon is very clean and chic, which is a plus! 🙂

I would never recommend this nail salon to any one. When I first arrived to the salon it was great. The front desk girl was very nice. Now when it came to the nail tech, she was very rude and unprofessional. I’ll give her some credit, she did make my acrylic nail thin on top, Which I loved, but when it came to the length, shape and color for the nail, she did a horrible job. She cut my nails way shorter than I asked, I asked her to round my nails (oval almost) and she squared them. When she applied the shellac it look like it was shriveling up, ruining the color and coat of polish. When I took my hand away from the lamp early (45 sec timer) she said ” Why don’t you put your hand back under the lamp?” now, it’s not what she said, but how she said it. I did try to explain that the polish is not working properly, she completely ignored what I said. After she had gotten done and wanted to see the hand under the lamp, as soon as she saw the nail polish she said *UGH! “Why did you move? Don’t touch the lamp bulb on top!” I was very angry and silent at this time. So when I showed her my other hand and how it did the same thing, and explained that the nail polish isnt working properly, and I hadn’t moved. She then just became very quite and asked if I just wanted another color. ( I picked a plain black.) I told her no, to just take it off completely and I would go else where. Oh and if you’re looking for a clean nail salon, you’re wasting your time going to this place. I saw my nail tech get up to go to the restroom, I heard her flush and that’s it. She was in there for maybe 20 second at most, she came out still straighten her skirt! Terrible service I recieved for my first visit.

I just saw my friend’s nails and they look absolutely horrible. You can see the difference between the first coat and the second in the color. They haven’t even been done for 48 hours! Her nails are cracking and bubbling and she says her nail tech was horrible impersonal and rude. What an unfriendly environment. If you aren’t a regular there, then don’t go! You will get horrible service!

I went in for a pedicure and my technician was very rude. She rushed through the pedicure and made several rude comments about needing to take care of another client, despite my having an appointment. I will not be going back.
