Got a massage here and asked for Chuck but the guy told me chuck wasn’t available. I said fine I’ll do it with you. I initially chose a 20 min massage and then upgraded to a 40 minute massage and when I came to pay I tipped but the guy, he got angry and had the boldness to tell me the tip is not enough and next time I must tip more.

I came in during my lunch break for a quick 30 minute massage and Chuck did an AMAZING job. I had taken a spill at home, screwing up my shoulder and left feeling completely better. You are in a private room, fully clothed and covered by a blanket- I highly recommend.

Came in with tension headache & asked for 40 minutes focused solely on neck, shoulders & upper back after explaining my pain. I had to ask the woman to increase pressure during the massage, which she did a little, but still not enough, and she commented my muscles were very tight (yes, that’s why I’m here). Got up feeling the same as when I walked in. I paid $45 for the same massage quality my 6 year old son does. Decided to leave $6 tip for poor quality & was shocked when she insisted I give her $9 for 20%. I had to explain a tip is based on level of service & is at the customer’s discretion. I always tip in accordance with my level of service and seeing as I didn’t feel any better, was not going to just give 20%, same as I don’t at a restaurant with terrible service. I gave her $1 more and walked out. Will never return to this place with presumptuous staff.

I asked for a 40 min massage, pointing out lower back pain that radiated down my right leg. I really like that I am fully clothed under a blanket. Massage was ok, no extra emphasis put on the area I pointed out. Upon checking out with credit card, tapped no tip because I was planning on a cash tip. The guy told me a 20% tip on $45 was $9, in a way that seemed a bit like it was required. I said yes I know, I am tipping cash. He repeated himself to which I reminded him tips are voluntary. I then gave him $5 cash because of the rudeness. He flipped it up and said “is this it?”. I said yes and left.

I’ve had both the good and the so so here. I’ve seen Chuck for years and he’s really great and well trained. And then I’ve seen others on off days when Chuck wasn’t there and it was as if they weren’t even licensed. So it’s a hit or miss. They have a nice open private space within the mall with soothing rooms. It’s just a question of who you get.
