I found Zen Thai online and excitedly booked an appt.I knew I found the right place when Todd started off by explaining his technique. It was exactly what I was looking for. He guided me through these incredible stretches that hit all the right spots and he addressed old lingering aches and pains from a car accident.I can’t remember the last time I felt this light. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI spent a lovely morning at Lava doing a session of Whatsu with Todd from Natural Remedies. Having had a past trauma in water, I wasn’t sure how it would go. But Todd put me at totally ease and I was able to relax. I felt quite safe and secure.I have arthritis in some joints, plus general stiffness due to age (68) and a recent problem with muscle spasms.
