Positive: Professionalism, QualityZen Spa is one of the best in town. The two ladies who operate this business are friendly and courteous. Their massage skills are excellent. The business is always clean and smells pleasant. Linens are clean and smell fresh. I suffer from neuropathy in my feet. It is quite painful at times. When the discomfort gets too bad, I go to Zen Spa for a foot massage. I have been massaged by two different therapists and they are both excellent. The pain and burning in my feet is bearable for several weeks afterwards, not to mention I just generally feel relaxed. Zen Spa is one of the best in town. The two ladies who operate this business are friendly and courteous. Their massage skills are excellent. The business is always clean and smells pleasant. Linens are clean and smell fresh. I suffer from neuropathy in my feet. It is quite painful at times. When the discomfort gets too bad, I go to Zen Spa for a foot massage. I went home very relaxed, had pain in my neck but when I went home pain was lifted . I would recommend this spa to anyone it’s a great place for great relaxation!! Zen spa is a very clean and calm and quiet atmosphere. The most relaxing Massage I have had . Very professional and attentive to the sore muscles. I went home very relaxed, had pain in my neck but when I went home pain was lifted . I would recommend this spa to anyone it’s a great place for great relaxation!! I will definitely be going back !

Critical: CommunicationWhen I enter I was told to remove my shoes and put on some flip-flops that I didn’t know who had been wearing. I was uncomfortable about that. Then I was told I had to pay before I got the massage. Since I had no idea how much I would like the massage I did not put a tip on the credit card slip. After I was ready the girl came in and left the door open. There was no music no relaxing atmosphere. She began pushing and shoving all the way around my body before actually massaging my muscles. She left the room several times for different things. I did not feel better or relaxed when I left. Upon leaving both girls kept trying to get me to understand something which I could not so they escorted me over to the desk and pointed out that I had not left a tip. So I pulled out five dollars and gave it to the girl. Come to find out, the massage therapist told her she HAD to tip $20 for the service. Very unprofessional and we will not be back. also it is illegal in Oklahoma to charge customers for a processing fee!!
