Critical: QualityFirst time going here. Look below, pictures taken one hour after service! Dont need to say much but out of over probably 50 nail places i went to in past 10 yrs this by far was the worst one ever!!! A brand new acrylic set, what a joke! If you dont know how to do acrylic and only natural nails, just say that! Dont waste my time and money to go somewhere else now to re due an entire new set somewhere else! First time going here. Look below, pictures taken one hour after service! Dont need to say much but out of over probably 50 nail places i went to in past 10 yrs this by far was the worst one ever!!! A brand new acrylic set, what a joke! If you dont know how to do acrylic and only natural nails, just say that! Nails came out OK but the service was kind of disappointing. The cuticles and nail beds weren’t prepped, and it was rushed. My groupon was for dip powder nails but I just received regular acrylic. I purchased dip powder for a natural look and less toxic ingredients so that was also disappointing. I was 8 min late to the appt due to unexpected traffic (my bad) but during those 8 min the lady managed to schedule somebody else during the time block reserved for my manicure. So she rushed through it… and tried to make me feel bad for being late. But honestly if youre trying to schedule another person you should call the first client to confirm if they are still coming in. 5-8 min is not that late. So I found that unprofessional and also unfriendly. However overall it was ok and im somewhat happy with the nails.
