I brought in a photo of what I wanted and they were able to perfectly execute it! I am very very happy with how my nails came out and the cost. I will post my inspiration and then actual nails. The place was clean, staff was friendly, and quality was exceptional. (I told them I wanted the edges rounded so that’s how they differ slightly from inspo pic!)

I traveled to Stamford from Los Angeles to have surgery with a specialist out here. I wanted to get my nails done before going into the hospital. I searched for nail salons near me and I found Zen spa & nails, and can I just say how happy I am that I did! The salon is cute, quiet, and they play peaceful music the entire time. The employees are all so friendly & kind too!

I have been a regular customer at Zen for more than 3 years. They are by far my favorite nail salon in Stamford. The service is great, they are very efficient and especially for a ‘regular’ they often go above and beyond, just recently I was given a small holiday gift. All the techs I’ve had our good, but my favorite are Abbie and Kelly. I had to get my first powder dip manicure somewhere else and it was awful, Abbie removed it and did my second powder dip and it’s so much better, like night and day. Highly recommend Zen, it’s obvious they have other loyal customers because it’s always busy – worth it to call ahead and make an appointment.

I have been to Zen Spa and nails a few times and had different experiences. Overall, it’s been a good experience. However, today’s was the best. Abi (hope I’m spelling this right) did my SNS today. She was quick, knew what she was doing, and did a GREAT Job. I also liked the team work between whoever does nails/answers the phone and Abi.

I took my mom and mother in-law to Zen Spa and they had a great time. Plenty of space, clean and the ladies working at the spa are sure friendly. Parking is not a problem during the week but can be difficult to find parking during the weekends.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a bad dip manicure from a place down the street and was treated rudely. I ran to zen at closing time and asked for my dip manicure to be removed. Immediately two girls went to work on my nails and got all of it off in record timing. I was so impressed and relieved with their customer service. I have an appt booked later this week to go see them!

$28 Pedi plus $5 cash tip. Wished for a better experience. No warm greeting upon entering. The exfoliation and foot / leg massage parts were so gentle I can barely feel anything and my foot still feels rough. She added no pressure at all to it. VERY disappointing! I would have done 0 stars but google won’t allow that. Pedicure

Critical: ProfessionalismMy experience here was rude and awful to say the least. I came in a day after Christmas and I understood it was busy however, I would have appreciated if the workers were a little more nicer. I went to this shop with a 2 other relatives. As soon as We walked in the door, a woman yelled at me that they were busy and to return at 4. Mind you we called about 30 minutes before hand for an appointment. So I went next door to get a massage and returned at approximately 4. When I walked in the door the woman who talked to me the first time proceeded to yell at me again and said that I did not leave my name?she stated that she gave our spot to someone else. Mind you they never asked us to leave our name the first time she just kept yelling at me to come back at 4. I would not recommend this place for any one that is looking for professional and considerate people. I also would not recommend for people of color because I felt that the workers were discriminating against my group and I.My experience here was rude and awful to say the least.
