They just assume that you’re going to like the massage the way they do it. So, Don’t forget to tell them how do you like it. In my opinion the massage was too strong for me.

I’ve been going to them for years, my whole family does, too. I’ve never had a bad experience. Some of the reviews here say they are mean about tipping, but why would anyone not tip their therapists after he or she took care of you. The unhappy customers must be unhappy for a reason. I recommend them to everyone for the price and for the services.

So me and my husband decided to go get a couples massage at our normal place Zen Spa, well today must have been a bad day because my massage was not good at all. The guy just put the hot rocks on my back with out warning and them threw the towel down on me. When it was time to check out the lady tried to force me to pay 20%. I was already going to leave a cash tip but what I was giving them was not enough for them.. I will not be going back
