Haven’t even gotten a chance to utilize the services. I call to make an appointment for a facial wax and get pricing and they constantly hang up. I won’t tell anyone I know about this place either. That’s weird.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve never been so disappointed. I’ve been going to this spa for many years. And today I walked in for 90 minute massage because I needed it. Asked for a women and they ignored me. Asked for my head to be massaged it wasn’t touched and Jack did so lightly after I kept asking for deeper. I walked out in more pain then I went in. Older lady up front when paying said I wasn’t happy and she snapped at me when paying because I felt Jack didn’t deserve a tip for the massage I got.I’ve never been so disappointed. I’ve never been so disappointed. I’ve been going to this spa for many years. And today I walked in for 90 minute massage because I needed it. Asked for a women and they ignored me. I would’ve given this business 5 stars if it weren’t for the older woman at the register including a tip in my total price rather than allowing me to tip the young woman who gave me my massage. The massage was a good experience for me though. The young lady deserves 5 stars all by herself.
