Very easy to book (couples massage) same day, walked in and were greeted, confirmed our appointment and asked if we needed any accommodations. Began right away even though we arrived 10min early, therapists were communicative (checking in about pressure, asking appropriate questions about areas to avoid or take extra time, etc) but not overly chatty which allowed us to simply relax. Hot stones are an optional add-on (for no charge with the couples massage) which I highly recommend.

First time to Zen and it was fantastic. Went in with sore neck and back pain. Had a sweet friendly lady who did a full body and hot stone massage. She knew exactly where I was in pain and she didn’t even have to ask. After the massage I was feeling fantastic. Thank you!! Will definitely be going back.

This was my second time getting a professional massage. The first time it wasn’t a good experience but my friend found this place on our way home from a road trip. They were very friendly! We did the combination massage for 2 hours. Talk about being in heaven! I don’t know my girls name but she was wearing a black and white striped shirt. (Zen I think yall will know) she was amazing.

My husband and I love Zen relax. We go often for a couples massage. Love the couples’ space with all the candles. I like that I can request a deep tissue and they definitely deliver! My husband likes a bit less deep of a massage and they meet his needs as well. I definitely recommend!

Made a same day appointment and contacted them in advance on the custom massage needed and set a time. When I got there the front desk seemed like she wasn’t aware of my appointment and I had to remind her I emailed them earlier in the day and had booked. I got Lucky and she was professional and very sweet. I’m not sure if the front desk advised her the massage I needed because I had to go over everything all over again and felt like I wasted 5 mins or so of my actual massage, not Lucky’s fault. Overall the massage was great and I plan to make it a monthly thing, but hope the message is relayed clearer and exact to the the next therapist I have next time around.

I had a great experience. I had been feeling rough for days with sore muscles and sharp pains all over. I called Zen-Relax after a friend recommendation at 4pm and they said I could come right on in as soon as I got off work. I arrived and there was zero wait time. I could barely move my back without feeling sharp pains and now I feel amazing. A nice hour long massage and good customer service for a wonderful deal.

Sophia was great, probably the best for me so far. Very professional and great skill. 6 stars for her but 1 less star for the place bcoz the door didn’t close properly for the room they had for me. It will be great if they can get it fixed. Definitely going back otherwise.
