I came here because my nail tech around the corner was booked. The wait was 10 minutes which wasn’t bad at all. I received a text notifying me that my nail tech was ready, and I appreciated that. I asked for a spa pedicure and basic manicure and had my polish. My birthday is on the 23rd, and I plan on getting my nails done again. I was told they only use gel nail polish which I can understand because they don’t want to keep repainting nails, and the turnover rate is quicker. I got a clear nail polish with glitter, and within two days, my nails were chipping. Another issue I had was underneath, and my toes weren’t cleaned. I didn’t say anything because I clean them myself when I’m in the shower. The lady who assisted me completed my service within 40 minutes. For me, that was entirely unacceptable for $82.00. I typically commute to laurel for my nails and toes because they usually last three to four weeks. I gave them two stars because I’m appreciate they took me in last minute but it honestly wasn’t worth it. If you all have a bomb nail tech send me their information.

I had a great experience at this nail salon. I felt that the prices were a little pricey, but after seeing the outcome of my beautiful nails, it was well worth it. I have a beautiful pedicure and manicure, and they took their time and paid attention to detail would happily go back when my regular nail technician isn’t available.

I really had 5 star service when I went to this place the first time. They did almost any style I wanted and they gave me special attention. Nowy nail crack so easily. I get my natural nails done and within the week they are ruined. Which is a shame because I praised this place.

I went here to get a mani and pedicure done yesterday. The lady ran the water and didnt put anything into the water at all. As she began to do my pedicure she then said “We only do gel polish” so I then said “Okay well keep going because you already started. However, I told her “I dont want any gel on my toes just my fingers” she said “okay,” and as I’m sitting there with that sorry experience of a pedicure, I noticed roaches walking around on the floor and walls. I stayed calm because I didnt want to make a scene. The next day I called and spoke to someone about the roaches. He stated that their aware of the problem and that its a resturant next door which by the way I didnt see. Please note there are roaches there so shake of your clothing and belongigns. Some of the techinicans do a Good job I was told but the one I had did a half sorry job and wasn’t tipped. I dont believe in rushing people for services when your’e a paying customer. Also, the quality of the service does not match the high charges. Take your money else where.

I’ve been coming here at least once a month for over a year, but last week was my last day. After waiting on their list for my usual nail technician for over 1.5 hours (I was told at least an hour wait), I come back to check in and the salon manager Phonz let’s me know my technician now has an appointment and I’ll have to wait at least another hour until that is done. I said if there were no more appointments he should’ve explained that, instead of just saying there are walk ins only, because it’s harder to squeeze in between appointments vs. only walk ins. Phonz was EXTREMELY rude and said if I don’t like it, I don’t have to come back. The prices must be the only thing keeping customers because it surely can’t be the store manager that tells customers not to come back? Especially over something so trivial? Anyway, myself, my sister, my two friends I told about the salon, and my parents WILL NOT be back. Thanks, Phonz, for losing your business 6 customers!

Unfortunately the quality has gone to the lowest, now one of the worst in the area. The technicians rush and do sloppy jobs, not painting the whole nail. They do not disinfect the pedicure tools.
