Zen nails isn’t the closest location to me but I always use them. They are always professional even if they are busy they make sure you are taken care of. I had an extra great experience yesterday and today. I was feeling lightheaded of a sudden at the beginning of my services. They were nothing but helpful by offering bottles of water and checking on me. They were not worried about the services just my well being at the time. Even though I had to leave, I came back the next day in the am and Cyndi the owner took care of both my services. She put aside my nail color for my and my spa pedicure scent choice for me, and had it ready for my appointment. I’m thankful for a nice and relaxing nail salons as this one.

This place has gone severely downhill since it’s new management came, you would expect that when you get a manicure they’d atleast clean the cuticle and clean underneath the nail but I was told “nail care” was additional ten dollars with the 35 it was for a gel manicure, what’s the point of manicure then? I was so confused, the end result was really bad and I was genuinely so sad because I used to love this place.

If I were to go back in time I would not enter this salon. You go in they tell you to wait. 3 workers on one ladies feet. I waited 2 hours. When it was my turn, I picked my nails, and sat on there chair. Prices are a lil ridiculous. My nails turned out different shapes and sizes. I came here the 25th and my nails look like they have been on me for a month. The same day I got my nails done one broke off just by me hitting it sooo lightly on the cabinet. It broke in HALF. I go back all she does is stay on the phone call talk and laugh. With her AirPods in not even listening to a word I say. She just put another nail on my half broken nail and put acrylic powder. That one nail right now as I’m typing is thick. Looks so bad. The right way to do it was let my fingernail soak in acetone so the acrylic from before comes all off. Also not to mention the way she dipped the brush in the acrylic powder after putting it in the acetone was so wrong. She put the brush straight in the acrylic when your supposed to put it in a 90 degree angel. And the bead (acrylic) was so small. So cheap. AFTERALL, I do not recommend. This place is not professional at all!!! Do not go, take this review as a warning.
