They are friendly and care about you and tend to remember who you are a your preferences super well! My girl is Hannie! I’ve been requesting her for six months and she’s a DOLL! She’s quick, kind, and talks to you as she progressing in her English! I truly adore her!The only note that sometimes there is a wait BUT they are honest about wait times and work so efficiently to get to everyone! If I could give a ZERO I would. I was super excited to come to Zen Nail and Spa, because a friend recommended and I was bringing my Mom.. and as anyone knows, your Mom should be treated kindly. My Mom does not like having her nails drilled down to remove the acrylic already on, so she asked Nam if she could have them soaked for about 5 minutes first and he stood up and said “I do not have time for that.” After already drilling through her nail and hurting her. So, at this point I stepped in and explained to him that maybe he is just confused, she does want them drilled after they have soaked, but to soak them first so they don’t hurt as bad. He ended up ripping his mask off, talking to everyone, and walking in the back and left us there a bit stunned.. he came back with a bowl to let her soak.. things calmed down, but then he kept yanking her fingers and hands around obviously frustrated and at one point rolled his eyes at her because she had to put her glasses on to see better when he asked if she liked them.. overall the worst experience I have had with customer service. Unfortunately the experience started with unhelpful nail techs and very rushed. My nails were rushed so much that I took them off at home and redid them myself.. sometimes you just want to be pampered well and now a days it seems nail tech’s just don’t care anymore. I use to love getting my nails done.. it’s unfortunate. ☹️

i payed $98 for my nails dipped and toes painted. terrible service. the lady was talking to one of the other ladies, and she came up to my feet, looked at them, and laughed. worst experience getting my toes and fingers done. i left the salon with some powder residue and gel stuff all over my fingers. and had to end up filing my actual fingers to get it off.

We’ve been coming here for a little over a year now. The staff are always nice and friendly. This particular time, the ladies did a great job on the massage. Sometimes its hit or miss on the massage but today both mine and my mother’s massage were great!

Service was ridiculously slow! The foot soak for the pedis was Luke warm at best.. they did NOT know how to do any nail designs.. they had stickers… WTH?!? I’ve never experienced this before.. the solar nails didn’t even last past a few days… This is NOT the first time that I have had my nails done. My sister had a Friend that highly recommended this place… So disappointed… We will NEVER come back .. save your time and your money… They do NOT know how to do nails.
