I love Zen Nails! I have gotten my nails done twice so far there. Once by Tammy, and just now by Lee (unsure how he spells it) … both were fantastic! Lee was super duper patient with me as I asked for some slight modifications to be made, and did not make me feel like a nuisance at all! I always get anxious when I ask for something because I don’t want to come across as a bother or ungrateful or as a “Karen.” Both Tammy and Lee made my nails look perfect both times I was here! 10/10 would recommend, will for sure be coming here every time in the future!

I come here often. I usually pay $30 for this type of design. When I had to ask to cut them shorter and then I wanted the lines to be thinner. I think he got upset. I had a gift card and he charged me $42 dollars and I was a bit shocked. All the nail techs charge their own price. I love the nails but pricey. Manicure

Absolutely wonderful amazing people! Very kind, kid friendly, beautiful work and very professional! I just got your standard French manicure and the gentleman was so kind quick, paid attention to each stroke and when I pointed out something that bothered me, he was more than happy to fix it! Their establishment is very clean, bright and filled with color of their beautiful colored nail polish that lines the walls in a satisfying order! Highly recommend!

Everyone was absolutely fantastic. I brought my grandma with Alzheimer’s. I got a full set while grandma got a gel manicure. They let her sit with me until it was time to start on grandma and were so incredibly kind and patient with her. We will definitely be returning. Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

Came in at 6pm for a full set and pedicure. I waited, called about a half hour later to start nails. The lady begins on someone else then back to me. I explain my shape of rounded square, as they were entirely too square last time. Swap out with another lady who then shapes my nails after the First Lady puts my acrylic nails on. I hear the lady tell her the round square shape. My nails are then shaped square. Then a gentleman jumps in for my color. Finished my color, puts away my color. He then asks a lady to sit for a manicure 7:30ish. I mentioned that I had a pedicure as well, he then proceeds to tell me there is no time… but servicing someone else. I walk out with blue nails and my existing red toe nail polish. Frustrating I like this place, do better for you customers.
