I recently started going to Zen & Lee has been my nail tech. He does such a wonderful job, is very kind and considerate. He thoroughly takes his time when doing my nails and asks me during the process if I’m doing okay and if I like the shape and color. The pictures added show the last 2 times he’s done my nails. I wanted to switch it up from doing the square shape & he recommended I do oval and made them look amazing. I 100% recommended Zen Nails!

Zen nails is the only place I trust to do my nails! I’ve been coming here for a few months, and my nails are always perfect. My natural nails are very thin, yet I never experience pain or discomfort during an appointment. Alice is such a wonderful technician and leaves my nails looking beautiful! She’s done my nails for my engagement (so many people asked where I went!) and she has done my nails for my engagement photos. I will absolutely be trusting her and Zen to take care of my wedding nails in October!!! I would recommend Alice to anyone looking for a dip manicure, and especially for special occasions!!

I “discovered” this place 2 years ago. Have been going to the same nail tech every time (her name shall remain a secret because I need to be able to schedule my appointments ;)). I’ve been to this place a few times years back and I always had a decent experience. I don’t get my nails done that often but I do for special occasions. I called them to ask if they had any appointments available for today and before I could even say hello they told me they were going to put me on hold. Not a problem, I understand how busy it gets during the holidays. 45mins later I’m still on hold. I hang up and call back and immediately get to talk to someone. They told me they “forgot” they put me on hold and then blamed me for not hanging up and calling back sooner. How unprofessional do you have to be to “forget” about your clients calling to book an appointment and then gaslight and manipulate them into thinking it’s their fault.
