Easy to schedule, everyone very friendly. Had some minor corrections that need to be made during my service, but all the techs were very understanding and my nails turned out great. Highly recommend Hayley, she did a wonderful job on my dip nails. Looking forward to coming back soon for any service.

Sigh. I don’t enjoy writing reviews like this, but this one is necessary- I, along with the rest of our bridal party were here two days ago (Friday around 1 pm). Either you’re there FOREVER because your tech is really slow, and seems as if they’ve never done nails before, or you feel super rushed. The quality was atrocious. None of us left fully satisfied with our nails/toes or the experience in general…there were fuzzies in my gel manicure, and I didn’t have time for them to be fixed. Just an all around not great experience. I won’t be returning.

This was my first time at Zen nails, coming in from Columbus for a class reunion. They got me in with no waiting and Tam patiently removed my grown out nails with the utmost care, then gave me the best manicure I have ever had in 30 years. I’m not kidding, my nails look so natural and he did the best job! So glad I couldn’t get into the other two salons today! This place is a nice quiet little salon with soft music playing, very relaxing and has a great staff. Thanks again, Tam! You are the best! B-E-S-T.

Zen used to be my favorite place to get my nails done, however, I have decided not to come back after my last experience. I was charged $85 for one of the most simple sets I’ve ever gotten on my nails. The set looked absolutely nothing like I wanted it to but I could have gotten over it if I was fairly charged. $85 for a short set with a few very basic flowers on them is absolutely ridiculous, I left the shop feeling robbed.

The staff are amazing and nice. I witnessed a customer was talking down to the owner I believe, and she handled that customer so well and so professionally. I loved my nails and my nail tech was checking in with me in every step to make sure I like the results. Gel manicures

I took my daughter here this past Sunday and I am not happy about it. We sat & waited for a bit, they told me only one person there could do acrylics even though there were 4 people “working”? They scrape my nails or whatever & then I sit & wait, he finally comes out & puts the acrylics on, then someone else files them down & she filed so hard I swore my finger was bleeding, it wasn’t but it is still really sore. They finally start on my daughters nails & the girl who ends up doing our French tip was sitting there getting a pedicure for the first 30 minutes. ALL we had done was acrylics with French tips & I was charged $110. Like… how? Absolutely ridiculous & I will never go back there.

THE OWNER of this place is soooo money hungry it makes no sense. THEY CHARGE FOR EVERY SINGLE THING cut down, soak off, nail shape, it’s crazy! At the end of my service the tech that did my nails went over to the owner She the owner did the math of my nails in her head. She gave me a price I paid and left. 2 min. of sitting in my car the tech runs up to me basically to tell me that the owner didn’t charge me enough She needs $10 more dollars. After I just tipped the tech $10, but she deserved a tip . I loved my nails but I’ll never go back… Wayyy to pricey! I feel bad for the people inside that had to witness her making her employee run after me because of her mistake. None of the employees know the prices of the services they provide. I wonder if that’s because she makes the prices up per customer
