Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had!!! I would give zero stars if it was an option. They have their picks when it comes to customers they don’t have any type of customer service satisfaction. I was in the middle of a pedicure and didn’t like the color that I was put on my toes. The guy who works here took the color off and didn’t try to offer any other options. They stopped working on my nails and started working on another client without even offering any solutions. In the middle of a mani and pedi! They only care about money not the satisfaction of customers. The owner is rude and shows favoritism. Take your money somewhere else. This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had!!! I would give zero stars if it was an option. They have their picks when it comes to customers they don’t have any type of customer service satisfaction. I was in the middle of a pedicure and didn’t like the color that I was put on my toes. Critical: ProfessionalismFirst visit the service was great. There were not any prices posted but after questions, the amount quoted was reasonable. On the second visit, the man Wu/Wen completed my nails and then quoted me $58 for a dip mani. A complete $10 difference from the first visit. His logic was that he had to shape my nails which was $3. He could not account for the remainder of the difference. He was very inquisitive about surrounding nail salons and was combative when questioned about the increased price. Another issue is that they recycle the pedi shoes and only hand wash the foot shaver used in pedis and place on a shelf. I suggest asking a lot of questions. During pedi she dropped the tool she was using under my nail and promptly started using it without cleaning it. Don’t think we’ll return ever.Services: Manicure, Pedicure
