Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI usually don’t do reviews, but had to on this one… only been 4 days since I went to the media location. I made appointment at 6… but it seems like they told everyone to come in at 6 that evening. Because we all had to sit and wait….y would u tell everyone to come at 6 when it’s only 4 technicians and u guys close at 7??? So obviously, there was rush into getting everyone done… including mine!!! I’ve been going here for years. I have never had my gel manicure chipped like other reviewers say. The employees are all doll faces in my book! Great experience over all. I usually get chrome, (which is $10 more,) or magnetic polish. Really… never a chip. Gel manicures

relaxing experience with attention to detail, decent price for gel manicure and pedicure as well. Kind staff as well- gave me a gift for New Years even though I’m not a regular customer. I did have the polish on one toe from my gel pedicure fall off completely (only two days after application) though so I take off some stars.

This was my first time here. The nail tech filed the top of the nail, trying to get the gel off but it was burning. I had to tell her to stop, it was hurting. She was half-way through my nails & another tech took over cause 3 people came in. I asked the 2nd nail tech if I should give both of their tips or just give the 1st tech the tip. She said to give it to the other tech so I did. I just didn’t appreciate the 1st tech leaving half-way through. The nails came out great!

I been going to Zen Nails for quite a while at that location in Delaware University Plaza my nail tech is Jack he is so amazing and does a amazing job but I I had the worst experience with them because they scheduled me a appointment and when I got there they doubled scheduled two people at the same time then the owner ended up doing my nails which I was not satisfied with so I told him to stop doing my nails and I scheduled for the next day with Jack the next day I went back and they told me that I never scheduled a appointment again!!!!!!! When I was there the first day I had paid for my nails the next day when I went back they try to tell me that I never paid when that was an embarrassment to me and I had to pull up my statement from the bank. Embarrass me in front of all customers. I still did not say anything about the situation. Now it’s three weeks down the road I’m trying to go in to their nail salon again after going through all that but when I was calling them they put me on block mode ….. they are not professional at all I’ve never had to deal with something like this in my life sorry that I had to write so much but I need everyone to know what I’ve been through at the salon ….. Because I don’t want anybody else going through the same thing in the salon
