Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI really love the atmosphere <3 everyone is nice except one person, Anh was very nice and fixed my nails that the person in chair three made wrong and I'm not blaming that person and I'm not naming that person but I was more comfortable with chair number one which is where Anh sits on every time. I recommend her because she's very careful with your nails and her style is more up to date and she does not leave a mess on your fingers. I really love the atmosphere <3 everyone is nice except one person, Anh was very nice and fixed my nails that the person in chair three made wrong and I'm not blaming that person and I'm not naming that person but I was more comfortable with chair number one which is where Anh sits on every time. They saved my nails ! They are very quick and professional! I have very sensitive hands so if it hurts let them know!!!! They will be more delicate! Very sweet ! The woman who greeted us was rude, as though we were interrupting her phone call and being an inconvenience – I considered leaving but thought we’d give it a chance anyways. I was told I would get a hand massage with my manicure and did not at all. When I pointed it out to the person who took my credit card she seemed surprised and even asked the nail tech but still charged me full price. In addition, even after sitting with our nails under the dryers for longer than they told us to, some my daughter’s polish got ruined within 15 minutes of clothes shopping after we left the salon. I called right away (and took pics for proof) and they said they’d redo, which they did. My own polish already started peeling off in less than 24hours. Also, they seemed really annoyed that we didn’t get gel. I wish I hadn’t tipped and I should’ve refused to pay full-price for an incomplete mani. Very unimpressed and frustrated. Will never go back.

Absolutely love this salon! I have tried so many around the area from waconia all the way to Minnetonka. None of them compare to Zen Nails! Anh is the best ever. Lin gives the best Pedicures but, the prices here are outrageously high. To get a pedicure it’s like doing a partial highlight. I got the gels all summer had the gel removed and both toes show discoloration. Ended up be toe fungus. Never had this before and not new to getting pedicures done. I truly question if they clean their instruments and scrub pads. Saw a worker at the end of the day put their equipment back in the drawer at the hand nail station after the last person left. Now that I got my gel off my toe nails won’t be back.

I needed a pedicure for a wedding and I got a wonderful gel French tip. She did a beautiful job! Even on my ugly tiny pinky toe! It felt amazing! Gentle when working on the nails while having great pressure for the massage. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Pedicure, French manicures

Not satisfied with Nail colors. The samples that we select in the start never match the original colors on nail. Number 12 says marroon and we see baby shimmery pink on nails.
