On more than one occasion I have experienced discrimination at this establishment. I am not usually bothered by people who think that I am 1/3 of a human because I know who I am. They did not greet me like all the other customers, they had me in the foot spa for 15 to 20 mins and nobody wanted to assist me. One guy that was told to do my pedicure, outright refused. I got up and walked out with my money and dignity in tact. I hope one of the customers who witnessed this, spoke up after I left. Not an iclusive business. May gods grace shine over them.

I am not a huge fan of spending twenty minutes soaking in a tub waiting to get started so I was pleasantly surprised when I was taken right away! Critical: ProfessionalismI had gel nails put on and was told a fill would be 15.00. So I went back to get a fill and was charges $40.00. When I told the man it was supposed to be 15.00. He said no 40.00. And of course the girl that told me that was nowhere in sight. Guess I should have got it writing. Lesson learned. Will not be going back.

I live close and decided to give them a try on the recommendation from my daughter. The woman who did my nails was very nice professional and did a wonderful job. I had so many compliments on my nails at work and from my patients. Everyone asked where I got my nails done. I told them Zen nails and gave them the number. My daughter and granddaughter get their nails done there weekly. Its the only place they will go. They both go for nail design not a straight nail color. Their nails always look beautiful! For mothers day they took me for a pedicure. The experience was wonderful. The Shop is clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly and the pedicure was the best ever! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique nail design.

I agree with the other reviewers, the salon was clean and they seemed friendly. However, the gentleman that did my nails went VERY fast and was very rough. Not relaxing at all. The manicure hand massage was less that a minute long and was very sloppy. (No exaggeration!) My gel polish is not even across all my nails. Some nails have more polish than others. I did not complain while there, as my niece was with me and I did not want to ruin her experience. I try to be understanding when visiting new salons, but this man’s behavior was unacceptable. I hope others have a better experience. Good luck ☘️
