They did an okay job on my nails. Called the following day to schedule two pedicures. We got their 3 minutes early and waited for almost 15 minutes. No one asked to help me or what I was there for. Another set of ladies walked in and they got seated right away. I left and went to another nail salon that was more accommodating. I won’t be back.

Went to Zen to get my nails fixed from the failed job I received at the last two shops I went to. Not only did they fix the monstrosity that were my nails but they were the only ones who got my shape I wanted correct. I will definitely go back and recommend this shop to all my friends.

This is the best place I have found in lincoln to do my nails! I’m VERY picky on my nails and these ladies did wonderful! I have had them for 4 weeks I had lost the two right at 4 weeks but the others are holding very well! Only reason I lost two is cause I grabbed the iced over car door and they broke off.

I used to love this place, but the last 2 times it’s been so busy they rushed through my manicure/pedicure and did a terribly sloppy job, leaving polish on the skin surrounding my nails and not covering the entire nail in some spots. There was no massage with my manicure, no lotion or soaking, just hurry to cut/pull the cuticle (YOWCH!) and quickly apply polish. The music on the other hand, is very nice and relaxing.

Been going here for years, but I won’t be back. Apparently i don’t know what I like and my nail tech did what she wanted to do. Another time I pick a color in the book. The nail color has faded so it was darker. Wanted a pink it was purple. I said I dont want purple. I want this color. She told me, but you pick this number! I walked out with purple. Sorry Zen, but I won’t be back.

Work wasn’t bad but my water for pedicure was extremely hot, she tried to fix it but got busy and forgot. My purse was on the floor behind my Chair with my shoes on the other side. Both were soaked at the end of my pedicure. I had a check that was ruined. I never had this happen at any other place I’ve been. It happened the first time I visited this place so I put my stuff in a different spot and it happened again.
