The salon is big, clean, and well equipped. They don’t take appointments, but there are enough employees that customers don’t have to wait long. The prices are on the higher end, while the quality is on the lower end. The employee that did my pedicure spent very little time on scrubbing and removal of dead skin. My wishes to put glitter on my nails were ignored, even if I brought my own polish and glitter.

Went this weekend to get my nails filled after getting acrylics at a different salon and being unhappy with the experience. Linda was able to fix the bumpy acrylics done at the other salon, and completely reshape and make my nails look amazing! She took great care to make each and every one of my nails look perfect, and the nail art she did looked even better than the inspo photo i showed! I will be returning here from now on to get my acrylics done!

I got my nails done here a couple of time and every time I had a problem, the first two times were minor (they messed up the design and the guy was really rude to me) so I didn’t feel a need to leave a review. The third time I went I was happy with my nails but I have just taken the nails off and I found fungus growing under my acrylic nail due to the fact that they didn’t put the nails on correctly. This place is too expensive for how rude the employees are and how long they make you wait even when you have an appointment and now I have to deal with this. Will not be going back and will not be recommending.

As my first time coming here the SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE !! I got NANCY as my nail tech and she was very rough all because she had to take off the acrylic nail and I had to keep telling her to file my nails down. She was trying to do what she wanted to instead of what I asked. She huffed and puffed all the way through. She then dug her nails into my toes while painting them after I said she was hurting me. Ashleigh vouched for her after ignoring the fact that she gave me horrible service. As another black woman you would think that Ashleigh would have my back, but she didn’t. Nancy slammed my feet down and refused to massage my feet even though that’s what I paid for. She also told my sister that she is going to do her toes next time which was very rude.

I came in for a nail repair and waited for 30 minutes which was no issue… multiple nail techs were asked to fix it and replied no. The nail tech rushed and was rude doing my nails. I simply asked the manager when she finished if she could fill the polish in on the side because it was sloppy & he told me “ask her yourself”. I went to her and asked and she cut my nail completely off and said “find somebody else to do it”. The manager told me there was nothing he could do and that it was “between you & her”. Multiple people told him how wrong he was & even walked out and he did not care. I will never come back to this establishment.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I want to warn potential customers. My friend got a pedicure from someone who was on her phone the entire time. So she was distracted, and did not give my friend the scrub or massage that was to be included. I didn’t know this until we left. I called to tell the manager, and both times he didn’t call me back. So I went up there to tell him, and he wouldn’t do anything about it. We won’t be going back. I can see why they have such a bad rating.

I normally go to Legacy Village, however, my friend and I had a mani/pedi day scheduled and this is the place that she chose. THEE WORST gel nails EVER! Worst nail salon, does not do nails right and blames you for their mistakes. He broke my real nail and tried to make me pay extra to fix it. Spoke to owner and he didn’t care. Certain people get special treatment. Do not go here you’ll be sorry!!! Manicure
