First I want to apologize to the managers Ken and Yen. I’ve been going here for years and always had amazingly services. My original review was wrote out of anger, after a confrontation with a nail tech. I talked to Ken and Yen. It wasn’t their faults or the business as a whole for the confusion between me and the nail tech involved. I would definitely recommend this business to my friends/family and coworkers. Secondly, I want to explain the situation. I went to zen spa asking for a fill in and nails fixed. When I arrived Ken who originally did my nails was gone. Since I was there already I still wanted my fill in and nails fix. I sat down with Len the nail tech at table 7. She asked me why I didn’t wait for Ken and make an appointment in the morning. I replied since I’m here already I want my nails done now. She offered to give me a new set but I didn’t want to change the color of my current set. I told her the name of the dip powder Ken used before, she asked me for the number. I didn’t remember the number just the name. She provided the sample colors for me to choose the number. I chose two colors but still wasn’t a match to the color of my nails. I repeated the name of the color and she then said “I have so many colors, I can’t look for the name. I need the number.” I said “I don’t remember the number. If you don’t want to do my nails just say that.” She then yelled i never said I didn’t want to do your nails I just want the number. I then got up and went to the receptionist. I asked her to make me an appointment for the following day with Ken because “she doesn’t want to find the color” she started yelling at me across the salon full of ppl. I felt so disrespected.I honestly have never seen that nail tech act like that towards any other customer. So I assumed it was because I was black. Which I was wrong to assume that. She could’ve had a bad day or short temper. Her actions has nothing to do with the managers or the business itself.

They treat you better if you spend more money. Came here with my mom for a manicure & pedicure before my wedding. It was a disaster from top to bottom for me. My mom who spent more money had a good experience.

I just genuinely feel like they do the best job on my nails every time I go! The staff is amazing and I always walk out happy with everything. No many places like that in orange park. I dont ever do crazy nail art so if you’re looking for that im not sure how good they are but if you want beautiful clean nails this is my go to. They do get very busy! And the place could use a deep clean but i love this place.

Consistent Excellence!!! I bring my 11 year old daughter here to get her nails done. The shop is a bit of a drive for me but I haven’t found another nail shop with such consistent quality, so I drive. It doesn’t matter who does her nails the quality is always the same, GREAT! I suggest making an appointment if you decide to go. Hands down this nail shop is the best I’ve experienced so far.
