A bunch of nails were loose and were trying to come off after less than a week! I could tell that the nail tech was rushing, so I’m not surprised they did a poor job. The nail polish smudged the first day I got the full set, and this was a tactic because they wanted me to pay more for the gel. They kept nagging me to get the gel nail polish and when I didn’t, they did a poor job with the regular nail polish on my acrylic nails. I have never had a nail tech let me leave before the nails were fully dry. So they let me leave too early on purpose and when I called them and told them the nails smudged, they said well you should’ve just got the gel polish we told you it would’ve lasted longer. I’ve gotten my nails done countless times, and I’ve never had an issue with it smudging. They are malicious, lazy and untalented nail techs. Don’t waste your money.

I had the pleasure of having Kelly the owner work on me. I went in for a pedicure and ending up getting a manicure as well. I would rate Victor Road Nail & Spa a 12! It’s located at 683 Pittsford Victor Road, Pittsford, right next to Bruegger Bagels and Branca. I’ll be back for sure!!! Do you yourself a favor – we can all use a little self-care right now, book an appointment at in this new beautifully appointed immaculate nail spa. I had the pleasure of having Kelly the owner work on me. I went in for a pedicure and ending up getting a manicure as well. I would rate Victor Road Nail & Spa a 12! I went for a full set of acrylics with an hombre finish. A young man started them & Kim finished. I brought a picture with me of what I wanted & she matched it perfectly. I’ll definitely be going back to Kim. In fact, I’ve already scheduled my next appointment. I can usually go 3 weeks between fills, hopefully I’ll be able to stick with that. I’ll schedule a pedicure at my next appointment & I feel positive she’ll do as good a job as she did on my nails. I went to Zen nail spa, now called Basin Nail Spa, for the 1st time yesterday & couldn’t be happier. I went for a full set of acrylics with an hombre finish. A young man started them & Kim finished. I brought a picture with me of what I wanted & she matched it perfectly. I’ll definitely be going back to Kim. In fact, I’ve already scheduled my next appointment. Me and my fiancé went to this place as we just moved up from Florida they did both of our feet and her nails. When the kid was done with my feet they looked the same as they did when I walked in the front door. The other gentlemen was very rough with my fiancés feet as she said ouch many times. On top of that the two children that work for there parents have no salon licenses or any kind of proof they are legally aloud to be performing any sort of work what so ever. the owner had to correct the son once my fiancé corrected him that his nails were Un even. The people are very nice but I believe that people are suppose to be licensed and I believe that customers should get a full exsperice not rushed. It felt like we were training subjects for her children. This is the Eastman dental for students of nail salons. Spend more get more is a true statement when it comes to getting your nails done. Again they are very nice just not what I would recommend for getting your nails done.

Very friendly and helped me understand what I wanted. I have only had my nails done one other time in my life, so I’m not familiar with nail shapes or anything. I went in and told them I work on a computer all day and need to be able to type with ease and they told me the shape I would need to be comfortable. The only thing I disliked is that you have to tip in cash. They have an atm on site, but there is a charge so that sucked.

Fabulous little place. Loved the work they did for me. My acrylics look very close to normal nails. And they were so compliant with my little requests and very easygoing, nice people. Definately plan to return for future work.

I have visited this salon two times and my experiences each time were very different. The first time I was very satisfied with the service and the polish looked great. The second time I went, the polish looked terrible, it had hundreds of tiny air bubbles and polish was on my cuticle on many of my nails. I didn’t notice till I got home because I chose a light nude color.

I have been going to Kim for 12 years and I always have an amazing experience! She recently did my nails for my wedding and they lasted beautifully even while at the beach!! It’s always great service, great prices and beautiful work

Was recommended by a co-worker, was told it was good place a men’s pedicure and a much needed leg massage. (run alot) Got Kim, she was attentive and friendly. Cute salon with a great craft beer / coffee shop next door. Call ahead , they were very busy ( which is good sign ) Kim told me she works at both locations
