Sweet couple Ming & Kim work together to operate their business…just the two of them. My husband and I both had pedicures with them and before us it was another couple. Highly recommend when in the North Conway area. Oh, and my husband isn’t a pedicure kind of guy, but thoroughly enjoyed it!

I have been to this nail salon in the past and always really liked them. I called this afternoon and asked if they could do a manicure and pedicure. They said sure can you come now? I said sure, do you want my name? They said no it’s ok if you can come right in. When I got there. They were like – uhm no. We don’t have you. And talked to me in front of the entire salon with so much disgust and nastiness in their voices. I was so embarrassed. The entire salon was staring at me. A “no, we are sorry – we can’t take you now” would have been sufficient. No need to belittle people. I will never go again.

All three of us were looking for a nail salon . We called them and they were very accommodative with setting up an appointment for us. My mom is very picky about her nails but they were so open and friendly. They definitely are the best in their job. Their work is very clean, neat and awesomely friendly. Loved ittt

Best nail salon I’ve been to in the entire state. Both of the staff that were there when I went, I believe they are the owners, were amazing. They were super professional, friendly, and outgoing. They were also very conscious about Covid and everyone wears a mask and they do not put anyone near anyone else. I was there as someone else was leaving and they were extremely proactive with ensuring everything was cleaned up immediately. They also have hand sanitizer spread around and signs reminding people to wash hands, wear masks, and socially distant. The woman who did my pedicure was very sweet, and when I said I just wanted to lay back and close my eyes she was understanding and did not pepper me with small talk. She did a great job on my pedi and I was very relaxed the entire time. The ambiance of the salon was very inviting and welcoming. I would highly recommend. The prices are also very reasonable. I paid 33 for a pedi. We all need a little self care and TLC, and in a place where we can feel reasonably safe, especially during these trying times.

I come to NH for summer camp and was looking for a place to get my nails ready for it, I’ve never gotten my nails done in NH so I was intrigued to see how it went. Well, it’s safe to say I loved it! Customer service was great, the person working on my nails was quick, gentle, and talented. Overall great place, definitely recommend . . . And they have a dog!!

These guys do such a great job! I’ve been here and the other big nail salon in town. I’m not going to name it but anyone who knows the two big ones in town will know which one I’m talking about I went to the other one multiple times and the outcome wasn’t great, had to go back to have them fixed. I’ve been here a few times now and am very very pleased! My nails look great and they last!

Went here with my mom and best friend. I believe it was the owners who gave us Mani/pedis. They did such a fantastic job! It’s been almost 2 weeks and my nails still look fabulous.
