This nail salon is modern, chic and very clean. The service is impeccable. I have been here twice so far and had services done by both Yvonne and Tracey. Both did an amazing job. Tracey is so talented and her nail art is so precise and professional. I have never felt rushed, they make sure you leave happy. I have been doing my nails for a very long time in my life and almost always come home and have to file to make all my nails even in shape. The 2 times I was here I feel like finally I am happy as my nails are picture perfect. I have finally found the best salon in Twin Falls!

First time customers today, my daughter and her friend got gel manicures and pedicures and I got a pedicure. I picked the salon based on the positive reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Very clean, and extremely friendly and kind staff. My pedicure (massage, hot stone, paraffin wax) was very well done and extremely relaxing and my daughter and her friend had terrific service as well and their nails look beautiful. A lovely way to spend the afternoon and the place just has a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. We will be back.

My daughter had her nails done and they charged us $70 to take off gel and put a basic set of acrylics on with no design. I wouldn’t have minded the price so much however the man that did the manicure could not do the design my daughter asked for, so she got a basic pink and white solid polish. Charging that much money for a young girls nails plus not having the ability to give her what she wanted is simply not right. We will not return.

I LOVE Zen! The girls are so friendly and fun; I felt so welcomed right when I walked in the door. I love their system for checking in and finding your color; it’s easy and efficient.
