Ive always been a nail biter and usually have nail artists frustrated with me, but they have always said “No problem, we can work with it!” I’ve never had a really bad experience. The wait times may be a little long (at times) and the price is a little high, but honestly that’s everywhere. They have always been so friendly with me!

Kayla Wilson’s review is total BS. She and her mom can do their own nails so the rest of us don’t have to experience a “Karen” moment when we go have ours nails done. They were totally disruptive and completely out of line demanding over the top “extras” that they thought they were entitled to without paying. Vince is awesome as well as the other people who work there. I will never get my nails done anywhere else.
