I was a walk for starters and was sat quickly for my pedicure. I got the hot stone pedicure with white tip finish. My toe nails didn’t get cut and my cuticles never cut. Polish was not all the way removed nor the dirt that was on my big toe. So when the clear coat went on you can see the pink flakes from my last pedicure and also the dirt that was polished over. When I ask her to fix it she just kept saying yes yes yes and rubbing oil on my toes! Absolutely the WORST PEDICURE I HAVE EVER received for the cost of $65! Now for my nails Tim did them and they are great a little to much gel polish around my cuticles but besides that the design is amazing and the colors he helped me match really worked out!

I do love it there. It is very Zen…just missing the sounds of water and incense! They have the best massage chairs, music is relaxing and not loud. I was seated right away. My lady tech was very good and the leg rub was yummy. Gel nails are too much though. I don’t think they last longer either. Going back to , no gel.

I love Zen nail bar! I tend to just walk in, and usually they get me in quickly. Today was a little different, as it’s New Year’s Eve and everyone had my same idea. So I scheduled an appointment. When I came back, they were still busy. But no biggie. I have as very pleased with my tech. He’s my favorite but I’m awful about getting names. He’s great though and even though I didn’t think he understood my request, by the very end he amazed me more than I could imagine. He definitely exceeded my expectations. Thanks!!

My daughter and I visited Zen Nail Bar today while we were in Maryville shopping and had the most pleasant experience! The place was so clean and relaxing. The service was wonderful. I didn’t catch the Lady’s name that daughter had, but she was great with my daughter. I had Timothy and he was absolutely wonderful! Very unhappy with this salon. Tried for the first time, left with two cuts on my cuticles from the women’s drill, charged $10 for “special shaping” for square nails! And they are in even, not square on both sides, uneven dip/top coat leaving dips and places tough. Would be zero stars if possible. $65 for a dip manicure is ridiculous.

Water was started, I was left with super hot water, I’m tough, but couldn’t handle this hot water. The gentleman giving the pedicure was super nice, but didn’t get rid of the winter calluses, could hardly feel him scrubbing away, my calluses.(Remember) we’re going to the beach and want pretty feet!He worked hard for 30 minutes and then someone came to give me, the worst French, I’ve ever received! I walked out embarrassed for myself and this business..I would recommend whomever is giving the pedicure finish the job, cause you don’t know where your tip is going.Be more personable. Amazing atmosphere, great service, reasonable prices. I used to go to the nail bar right across from here, but after my experience here I won’t be going anywhere else. The woman who fixed my nails did so amazing and even created her own Christmas design on them. Oh and they give you a gift on the way out, a nice bottle of massage lotion!
