Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueNEVER go here. My daughter went in to get her toes painted and a full set of regular acrylic. The acrylics were crooked and not shaped right, and he missed multiple spots with the polish. She wanted a SIMPLE jack-o-lantern design he made it splotchy, & the lines were not straight AT ALL. He was also going so fast and was insanely sloppy. She genuinely thinks he was on something. They were rude when she told them she was unhappy and this is the worst part: rather than soaking off the nails when she didn’t want them, he RIPPED THEM OFF. NEVER go here. My daughter went in to get her toes painted and a full set of regular acrylic. The acrylics were crooked and not shaped right, and he missed multiple spots with the polish. She wanted a SIMPLE jack-o-lantern design he made it splotchy, & the lines were not straight AT ALL. He was also going so fast and was insanely sloppy. She genuinely thinks he was on something. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityAbsolutely terrible. never ever come here for eyelash extensions. i am not the type to complain .. however i asked for natural eyelash extensions. Henry said he could do it and so my first red flag was i was sat into a nail chair , not a lash/brow chair .. a nail chair. then as he started to put the lashes on my eyes were so itchy. then i realized he glued the extensions on my top lashes and it stuck to my bottom lashes as well , he used scissors to cut it apart and cut my bottom lashes off. not to mention some of the lashes weren’t glued to my eyelashes but my actual lash line. they looked absolutely horrible , they were above my lash line on my skin , both eyes looked completely different, and there’s eyelash glue stuck on my waterline. i immediately ran to ultra and got eyelash glue remover. luckily it look them off. he as well did not use gloves , i didn’t see him wash his hands either. just all over a bad time.Service: Eyelash extensionsAbsolutely terrible. never ever come here for eyelash extensions. i am not the type to complain .. however i asked for natural eyelash extensions. Absolutely terrible. never ever come here for eyelash extensions. i am not the type to complain .. however i asked for natural eyelash extensions. All they had to do was pick the right number off of the wall. I had nail polish all over my fingers. They were all different lengths and way too much was taken off of the top. When I told the man there that I wasn’t satisfied at all with my nails he got very rude and defensive and argued with me for 15 minutes (raising his voice instead of having a conversation) and didn’t allow me to get my money back. Mind you this man was the manager. I will never recommend this nail salon to anyone and if anyone tells me they are planning to go there I will make sure to tell them to go somewhere else.Also, when I called I was told the price of getting my nails done would be $26 but when I got there and was charged they wanted me to pay $45. Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I finished and my nails were the the wrong color after I asked them three times for a certain color. All they had to do was pick the right number off of the wall. I had nail polish all over my fingers. They were all different lengths and way too much was taken off of the top. When I told the man there that I wasn’t satisfied at all with my nails he got very rude and defensive and argued with me for 15 minutes (raising his voice instead of having a conversation) and didn’t allow me to get my money back.
