My daughter needed manicure and pedicure before attending her best friend’s birthday party. I left my girl at Zen Nail then left to take care of a few chores. When I returned, my daughter was very happy with the service one of the ladies there had provided. It’s a cleanly managed salon and the people there are nice. I’ll be returning to Zen the next time my girl needs her nails done again.

Had an amazing experience here! I got a manicure and pedicure. Manicure was $15 and pedicure was $30 which was a great price. The manicure was average, still better than I can do at home and very fast/efficient work for a great price. The PEDICURE THOUGH!! wow is all I can say. Kathy was who did mine(she had awesome blue hair). first my toenails look literally perfect, second she was so attentive and careful(best foot massage of my life). Overall just a wonderful experience, great price super attentive but also efficient work! I will definitely be coming here again.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been here a few times since moving to Hopewell and had great experiences both times. My pedicure wasn’t rushed, they use the liners in the tubs, very friendly staff and they made my 6 year old daughter feel like a queen! We both had a great time and it wasn’t crowded (but we made an apt anyways) which I also loved. I’ve been here a few times since moving to Hopewell and had great experiences both times. My pedicure wasn’t rushed, they use the liners in the tubs, very friendly staff and they made my 6 year old daughter feel like a queen! We both had a great time and it wasn’t crowded (but we made an apt anyways) which I also loved. Will be going back soon.

SO AWESOME. Took my 4yo here for her first nail salon exp hoping that she would not be too bored while I got my toes done. SHE WAS THRILLED, they were so good with her and so kind. She is a VERY shy little girl and by the end these ladies had her talking and enjoying herself. She was smitten with her nails and was well looked after while they did my pedi. Love this little salon and will be visiting often now that I know they are so welcoming to little people.

I took my young daughter here recently for a pedicure and they were just wonderful with her (and I thoroughly enjoyed myself too). The lady who did her pedicure was so kind and really went out of her way to make her feel special, even taking a Polaroid of her that she was able to keep. I was so impressed with the decor, the professionalism and especially how nice and sincere everyone was. I highly recommend Zen!

I want to like this place, but they *have* to stop with the upselling. I was warming up again after being turned off by pedicure upselling over a year ago, but then two things happened in the last six months: 1) a pedicure took so long that I had to leave and come back the next day to finish, and 2) I was pressured into a gel manicure after saying I wanted a regular manicure (was told ‘this isn’t like the old gel,’ etc). Now weeks after, my nails are nasty and brittle, same as after my last gel manicure, 5 years ago when I first swore them off.
