Went in for an underarm hair removal and in less done a month it isn’t growing as fast. I just see little hairs peeking after a week of shaving. And my under arms aren’t as dark. I can’t wait for the next treatment. Also came for their facial thing and my face feels and looks better than before.

I wish I could give this place zero stars! What a horrible experience. I went in for what I thought was Botox. I never signed a consent and $400 later the product didn’t work. I have never gotten more than 25 units of Botox. I was later told I was injected with Xeomin. It never worked on me and was told I would need to pay for even more if I wanted the result I was after. What they did was completely unethical and not ok. I though I was getting the brand Botox and I didn’t. Bottom line. They never tried to make it up to me when I voiced my concerns. They just told me to pay more when I had already paid $400. Will be reporting this place to the medical board. No consent and misleading me with a different product. Extremely disappointed!

DON’T DO IT! Dr Mata from Zen aesthetics butchered by eyebrows and my hairline, permanently removing the hair on and around my face when I went in for an IPL/photo facial session. I did not even know this was possible. She did not know how to use the machine and at that point I should have run. You still have the chance. Run.
