Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismNice experience during my 90 min massage using aromatherapy that was ruined on my way out. I was approached by three of the staff at the door and they told me I NEED to leave a bigger tip than what I already left. I had already paid over 100 dollars for the service including my tip before I even began the massage and signed for it. I was pressured to add more as these three staff surrounded me. I didn’t have cash on me so she gave me the receipt that already had a tip to write in more of a tip. Such a HORRIBLE experience! If they desperately needed more money for the service to confront someone like this they should have added it into the initial cost not pressure costumers to leave more than a tip they have to give. You’ve lost a customer. Its your loss because I get massages frequently. This was my first and last time coming here. I was approached by three of the staff at the door and they told me I NEED to leave a bigger tip than what I already left. Definitely a spot to stop by and get a massage, Cindy was really nice and really good with her hands, definitely recommend her, ill be back soon!!

The music is very relaxing, and the people here are very nice. I had a one hour massage from yuki and it was amazing! She walked on my back and just mashed all the stress right out. l asked for firm pressure and she delivered. She was also very through, and she used hot rocks as well as hot towels. It was awesome! I had to sit for a minute afterward beforel could drive, because I was as high as a kite on a windy day! This is the best Asian Massage place I have been to! It is a brand new facility and everything is very CLEAN and tastefully decorated. The music is very relaxing, and the people here are very nice.
