I’ve been going here for over a year and Traci is amazing. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. The waiting area and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. My only issue is whatever they launder their linens in…it just never smells fresh to me. I’ve mentioned it to them in the last, but my last visit there (yesterday) I noticed the same. I know people can be sensitive to smells and maybe they choose a scent free detergent for that case – but I’d prefer a clean linen or clean cotton smell. Just to assure you that the linens are indeed clean.

Scheduled my daughter a massage since she had just had a baby and needed some relaxation . Her appointment was at three and the therapist started at 3:10 and her massage was over by 3:50 so she didn’t receive the 50 minutes. Megan was supposed to be the therapist but she ended up getting Erin. She said for the time she got it was good but she would’ve like getting 50 minutes. I have been here a lot and this normally doesn’t happen. Maybe it was because she was the last appointment.

My masseuse was very friendly and would check if his pressure level was good very often, had very pleasant conversation, and I walked out with my shoulders feeling not aggressively stiff for the first time in a good while. I’m so disappointed to say that my experience here was odd and nothing like massages I have had before any where. Donna was my therapist and all she did was slather very cold and very wet oil (I literally had to use a ton of tissues to get the dripping oil off of me) all over me and just rubbed it around. There was no rhyme to the reason. So very strange. The only thing she did do was work on 1 spot on my lower back and on my neck. No overall massage. Also I booked a 60 minute Swedish and it was just under 50 minutes. 🙁 I would definitely not suggest Donna.

Never went to this place for a massage and im sure its fine but I will warn everyone about my experiences in Florida .. They have closed all the doors and went out of business . been going there for years and i purchased a gift card for my wife and I but they went out of business before we could use it ..Contacted the franchise manager in north carolina and he was sorry for the problem but wouldn’t refund my money ..Not a good way to run a business therefore be wary .. If we get a refund from Keith I will then post the good news

Robert is amazing! A very nice facility. Really needs to be a five out of five but that’s hard to give when you end up scheduled with the wrong therapist. I must except some of the blame as apparently the email conformation did have the alternate therapist name.in the details.
