This was my first time visiting this place. I was very pleased with the service. Everyone is nice and friendly. My therapist was Danny. He did an amazing job! I booked the Deep Tissue Massage, he used the right amount of pressure and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire service. I left feeling very relaxed and completely satisfied. I cannot wait until I book again. Well worth it!

By far the worst customer service I have experienced from a spa. I booked an appointment on a Monday for a couple’s massage on Saturday afternoon. I received a phone call Saturday morning telling me that my appointment would have to be canceled because the therapist has been sick for 2 days. I understand sickness is outside of the facility’s control, but it would have been more considerate to give a call at least the day before. I picked this spa because literally every other place was booked for today. This was for a special occasion and now our day is ruined. If I could give zero stars I would. We were not offered a credit or another option to be scheduled with someone else the same day. The only option we have been given was to go somewhere else on a different day. I HIGHLY wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially if it’s important to you. The person I spoke with had no concern about how we felt or how we have been inconvenienced at all. Find somewhere else to go!!!

Aimee is my GIRL. I have been going to her for years. I appreciate her attention to what my body needs and her suggestions. Today we tried cupping for the first time and dang, this girl is talented! Debbie P-J is incredible at her craft, and very sweet. I just had my second massage from her, and definitely plan to continue seeing her regularly. She made me feel comfortable which is very important to me as I have PTSD and anxiety, and getting a massage puts me in a vulnerable state, but all my worries go away immediately when chatting to her beforehand about my goals for the session. My last massage from her was neuromuscular, and after less than 24 hours later it’s already been a game-changer for me and my chronic pain! I went in to the massage in pain, and walked out with no pain and feeling rejuvenated. I can’t say enough nice things about Debbie or the front desk staff here. Thank y’all for everything!

Just had my first professional massage ever and WOW Zen Massage was a great place to start! The atmosphere is really nice, comfortable and tranquil. It was easy to book an appointment, there was virtually no wait time and the staff was very kind and professional. Kazh did an incredible job! Paid for the “Deep Tissue Massage – One Hour,” but received 45 minutes hands-on. I reached out to Management since this has never been my experience at other establishments and they informed me that my experience was within standard. The masseuse talks to you about your massage for about 5 minutes prior to undressing and 10 minutes are for you to change (5 minutes before and 5 minutes after your massage). Just something to keep in mind for those of you who may be expecting a massage for 60 minutes of hands-on.
