I was in the area for work and developed sciatica on my right side. I knew I needed a great massage to help with the pain. I called Zen and was given a sane day appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by such a friendly smile from the receptionist. My therapist Mel was awesome. She explained exactly what she was doing and her pressure was perfection. Her hands were like a machine, so precise and perfect. I left feeling like a new person. I rebooked for the next week and received another perfect massage. The pricing can’t be beat. I can’t wait til I’m back in the area so I can get another great massage.

I scheduled a chiropractic adjustment and a custom massage. I arrive in time for my chiropractic adjustment and massage and I was told that my adjustment would have to be moved to the end of my massage because he just took a walk in at the same time of my scheduled adjustment. Now I do not think I’m better than anyone but I scheduled a time frame for a particular reason. The lady at the front desk made a few excuses but after those excuses I just said cancel the adjustment. No apologies no nothing. So now I’m waiting for my massage I at there for 25-30 minutes my massage was scheduled at 1pm at 1:15 I am still not seen by my massage therapist. Four people have walked in after me and was all seem before me…. So I ask will I been seen today and the lady at the front desk said yes she’s on her way to get you…. That was at 1:05 so at this point I’ve asked politely to cancel all services and their attitude was very nonchalant like oh well …. I’ve been here a few time and each time has gotten worse. Customer service is nonexistent.

Every time I go I ask for Mel because she is the best! She listens to your requests and spends careful time to work out everything that is sore. She fixes things that I didn’t even know I needed fixed! She’s super knowledgeable and will give tips for every day life to keep feeling better. She’s so personable and sweet. Anna knew exactly what she was doing. I felt 100% better from her deep tissue massage. The prices and convenience are unbelievable. I also got a last minute adjustment with the chiropractor. He was great. I highly recommend them for yourself and family/friends.

I have been coming here for years and I have to say I’ve had some great and some horrible experiences. I have had one person literally fall asleep while they were massaging me, another use one hand to massage and the other to eat starburst. This past trip I paid for a 60min deep tissue massage and I’ve had a Swedish massage with more pressure. He never touched my legs or feet it was only upper body. He asked at the beginning if there are any area he should avoid and I told he no so I’m unsure why he would give me the full body massage I was paying for. There was no spa music playing at all so it was just awkward silence. So 615 he says okay that wraps this up you can get dressed. Normally they wait outside the room with a little water but that also didn’t happen. When I go to the front desk the worker asked how was it and I explained it was horrible she says well I guess I can give you $5 off. Considering I was shorted my math added to about $16 just for the time alone not taking into account he did a horrible job. I don’t think I’ll be back nor do I recommend a visit. I know the price is enticing but trust me you pay for what you get.
