Out on my errands today, I found a great little gem in my neighborhood, Zen Haven. I stopped in to see what they were all about. I was greeted promptly at the door, where I was welcomed. I ask about the center, she let me know that they are a wellness center that offers salt therapy, infrared sauna, hydro massage and reiki! I was excited as I was looking for a massage. I proceed to partake in the hydro massage. it was great! I stayed dry, I could control the pressure and work on the areas I wanted worked on. After the massage I was met with a complimentary glass of fresh water. It was quite refreshing.

We tried the Zen Den Experience which included salt therapy, heated lavender-infused neck wraps, music therapy, salt lamps, and magical twinkling stars on the ceiling. We did not want to leave this tranquil and calming sanctuary. It was so peaceful and I definitely felt restored and refreshed afterwards. I can’t wait to go back and try all the other services this place has to offer. Zen Haven has a cheerful atmosphere with a soothing energy. The owner Andrea is very welcoming and knowledgeable, and Roanoke is fortunate to have such a unique healing space like this. I’ll be booking future appointments here. Highly recommend.

We had a little time today so we decided to try the salt cave at the new place in Roanoke – Zen Haven. We had tried a salt cave before at another location, but they closed quite some time back and this is the first I had heard of another place offering one locally. We had a little trouble scheduling online, so we decided to see if we could just walk in and see if there was availability. We could, and there was!

During the Christmas holiday I received a gift card to Zen Healing. I had a Reiki session and tarot card reading. This was the first time having Reiki and I was pleased with the session and the energy level I experienced during and after the session. Andrea was the best tarot card reader I have ever experienced. Very professional, knowledgeable and I highly recommend the services offered at Zen Haven.

I’ve been going to Zen Haven for a couple of months to help aid me in my cancer journey. In my research I had learned that people who had rapid remissions had sought out the care of an energy healer, so that was my motivation. Zen Haven has been a Godsend. Andrea is a Certified Reiki Master and the way Zen Haven is set up is nothing short of amazing with salt treatment, hydro massage and infrared treatment, all focused on detox and healing. Also, a Zen room for meditation and Andrea is also certified in essential oils as a treatment modality. My cancer journey began in September 2021 with the diagnosis, surgery and radiation were not an option due to being stage 4 metastatic in the lymph nodes. After a few months of Reiki treatments and utilizing all of what Zen Haven offers I had a clean scan on December 21, no evidence of disease. Honestly a miracle. I would highly recommend Zen Haven and the gift that Andrea has for any health scenario you might be going through and even further as a continued health modality for longevity, well being, and peace of mind.
