I won’t be back to this location. They need to have a receptionist. My masseuse answered the phone a minimum of 5 times during my session. Her cell phone also kept “dinging” every other minute (sounded like she was getting a lot of texts). She was very nice, and the massage was decent enough, but the interruptions made it hard to relax. The business is clean and the staff is polite and friendly. And to my surprise, I wound up getting one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I arrived last night with no appointment and did not know what to expect. I was in desperate need of a massage, so I figured I’d take my chances. The business is clean and the staff is polite and friendly. And to my surprise, I wound up getting one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I do not know the lady’s name who gave the massage, but she was very skilled and helped to relieve the pain I was experiencing.

The staff were talking to each other from different rooms. It was not zen. She used lotion instead of oil and it ended up hurting because the lotion would dry up and she would continue massaging. There was no flow in the massage. They should also work on their Covid protocol. No one asked me how I felt, I was not asked to sanitise my hands (I did it sanitise willingly), and there was a thermometer but my temperature was not taken. The masseuse picked up two calls whilst in the middle of massaging me. She also checked her phone several times. The staff were talking to each other from different rooms. It was not zen. She used lotion instead of oil and it ended up hurting because the lotion would dry up and she would continue massaging. There was no flow in the massage.
