Went here because I got a gift card for my birthday… I have to say the message was great, BUT when checking out with the gift card I was told I owed $10 for an oil she used on me that I NEVER asked for… then was told you can’t leave less than a $15 tip per the owner… tips aren’t mandatory in any place and you should be able to leave what you want! HORRIBLE!! NEVER AGAIN!

I have been a regular customer here but it looks like management has changed post Covid. I bought a 90 minute massage and for more than an hour it was just finger play. Moreover the front desk lady forced me a 30$ tip on a 80$ service which is almost 40% even though I told her I was not happy with the service. If you are looking for a genuine body massage, time to look at someplace else. Never going back again.

Really good massage service. My therapist was highly professional and skilled. She addressed all my pain points, and I am very relaxed. No one asked me to give a tip. I gave it happily cause the service was really good. I would be returning back. The rooms are very clean, beds are warm, all female therapists, timed massage so you aren’t cut short if you started a little late, flexible appointments and easy to schedule.

Be careful. I know in the website for aromatherapy it says consult for aromas of your choice but thats not the case. Their definition of aromatherapy is to use oil that has no scent whatsoever. Also $15 tip is mandatory now. I used to go here a lot but I recommend trying several other places first. Even if you get a $50 massage $15 is above a 25% tip. So just make sure to add on an extra $15 to whatever service you get.
