But when going the first time it will want you needing more.I was visiting town during the week before Thanksgiving and was having no luck with other spa locations. The infrared sauna was very enjoyable and a nice change from traditional saunas, and from there is where my favorite part starts. The massage!If I still lived in Texas where I had been for years I would definitely be going back every 2-3 weeks! The massage therapist I had had over 20 years of experience, and let me just state for the record I was blown away. Able to pinpoint the exact locations with the most detailed pressure made my knots and stress melt away. Intelligent and wise they were an absolute delight to talk to during the session and hope they are still doing as well when I last saw them! ( I was able to go to the recommended sushi places they gave me and the a few inspirational speaker youtubers and books. Definitely have helped as well!)Over all this place is very very worth it. I found Zen Blend on line while searching for spas for me and my daughter. We were very familiar with the well known/highly priced spa in Austin but was intrigued by the reviews of Zen Blend so, I went to tour their facility. I loved it. Yes, very Zen and although it wasn’t the vista we were used to, I loved the quiet, private feel. I knew it was going to be a more therapeutic experience than the other….and I was right. Kristi gives the best message I have ever had and the amethyst pad was incredible. I have been going back for the far infrared sauna which is also the best far infrared sauna I have experienced in Austin. They are committed to providing the best equipment there is. Both Kristi and Brian are very knowledgeable about all the treatments and go beyond that to share what they think will personally be the best treatment program for you. Today, I tried the floatation tank for the first time and loved it. I have never “meditated” before and this was something I very much needed. I will be back for all of the treatments again. So glad I found Zen Blend!

I’ve been to Zen Blend twice, and both times have been spectacular. The massages were excellent, needless to say, but the entire atmosphere is relaxing. Both locations provide a much-needed respite from the noise and stress of the work day. Brian and Kristi are both very welcoming and are a pleasure to converse with after massages. Additionally, Elisa is an incredibly skilled and receptive masseuse. In addition to the massage, I highly recommend the amethyst bed, as well. I will absolutely keep coming back here as long as I am living in Austin.

My bf surprised me with a zen blend gift card couples massage for our 2 year anniversary and just now put it to use. The experience was amazing and so relaxing. We did the sauna first and then the massage. Cherie and Annette were the ones that did our massage they did a great job! They asked first if we had certain areas we wanted them to focus on and they did! We left feeling so relaxed and very satisfied. Will definitely be going back again.

Kristi at Zen Blend is truly amazing! I started going to Zen Blend a couple months ago after starting a new, high stress job. I struggle with neck and shoulder issues. Since going to Zen Blend, Kristi has been able to work her magic to melt away my stress and pain. Hands down, the best massages I’ve ever had. This place is so unique, tranquil and relaxing. The service is very personalized and never rushed. And to finish the experience sitting in a comfortable room, drinking hot green tea and eating yummy chocolates with Kristi before getting back into the real world is amazing. It really is the icing on the cake for me. Every time I visit Zen Blend, I leave feeling like a new woman. They are fantastic people, and run a fantastic operation. I cannot wait to go back!

Surprised my wife today for her birthday and got the massage/float combo for two. She had an idea that she was getting a massage but no idea about floating. We had never floated before and it’s something everyone should try. I recommend going in the morning on a day off like we did. The whole experience was perfect! We were different people leaving Zen, in a really good way! Can’t recommend them enough.

My daughter had the best massage of her life. Hot rocks and towels were deeply relaxing. Even I greatly relaxed waiting for her in the waiting area. The subdued and unique lighting, relaxing music, the aromatherapy infusing the air begin the relaxation process when you open the door. Both of us have had massages for decades. Zen Blend is ahead of the pack.

I went to try out the float tank. Such a profound experience; a real opportunity to get cozy with your mind. The owners/staff were so easy to talk to and offered really helpful tips for how to settle into the experience. I felt fully informed and comfortable. It was really helpful to pair the experience with a massage first. Stacy gave me one of the best massages I’ve had in Austin. Her touch was intuitive and sure, the hot stones really relaxed my muscles. Great atmosphere, clearly a work of love.
