Critical: QualityThis place used to be good. I’ve been coming here for a year already, but recently it seems like they don’t care. I’ve been getting placed with a younger lady that doesn’t know anything about what she’s doing. One time she took my gel off and just left me without cleaning my nails up or anything ( picture provided), until another lady saw and fixed them. Mind you, I was getting my toes done at the same time and she just happened to look up at how ugly my hands looked. I gave the young girl another chance to do my toes but it seems like everything you ask her to do she does it in an upset mood. You also ask her to do certain things and she has to call another lady to do it. I can see that she might just be learning but they shouldn’t place her with customers when she works all rough and doesn’t seem happy at all.I didn’t like my last pedicure so I tried to fix it at home but I couldn’t, so I came in for them to fix them and i told them specifically not to place me with this young girl and requested for someone else to fix them but they ended up placing me with her. This place used to be good. I’ve been coming here for a year already, but recently it seems like they don’t care. I’ve been getting placed with a younger lady that doesn’t know anything about what she’s doing. One time she took my gel off and just left me without cleaning my nails up or anything ( picture provided), until another lady saw and fixed them. I am 100% pleased with my pedicure today! Being a professional nail tech it’s hard to find someone that lives up to my basic standards! Violet was concerned about my feet and doing the right thing! She did not rush, understood and asked what I wanted! That’s so hard to find now a days! And oh how nice it was to enjoy a glass of wine during my service! I’ll definitely be back!! Thank you for being so sweet Violet!

I have to say I wanted to wait until I came here a couple times before reviewing. After my forth time I would have to say they are consistent with their service. Very friendly and gentle. I am definitely picky about my nails even though I do more basic, simple things, but I can’t complain. It is clean and professional here. I think I have found my new spot. Thank you Zen Nails.

Critical: ValuePaid $75 for this!!!, nails broke after one day, they really made my nails THIS THIN. Broke 3 nails after 1 week, all i did was put on my shoes, lol that is ridiculous. The first time they did my acrylic set they did great, after this 2nd time going, never going back, don’t understand how you will really make my nails this thin.Service: Acrylic nails

I came here as i called to see if they can take me right away and they were able to accommodate considering it was last minute and a saturday.
