Such a great experience at the Zen Acupressure. I had the 45 minute feet reflexology and left the massage feeling that much more refreshed and lighter. My masseuse used the warm stones at the end too which was so relaxing. I think I may have found my go-to place. Thank you Zen Acupressure!

Let me start by saying the staff are wonderful, just absolutely lovely. Now, the downside. I went in for an hour of reflexology. I was early and had no problem sitting and waiting until my appointment time. I wasn’t taken back until 15 minutes past my scheduled time. That wasn’t so bad but when the technician began, she was working on my legs and not my feet. I tried to give her time to move to my feet, thinking that she was working her way to them. After a bit too long with my legs I asked if she was going to focus on my feet soon. She didn’t quite understand and went to get someone to help translate. The translation did not go very well. They both smiled and seemed to want to make sure I was happy as I tried to convey my concern that I was not getting reflexology. The massage resumed (I can only call it a massage) and the technician worked on my feet but just massaging, no attention to pressure points on my feet. She did move back to my legs and I tried to show her on my phone a video of a reflexology session but it was not registering. She finished the massage, I paid and left. I was frustrated. I am now looking for a place to have a reflexology session. I won’t be going back to Zen for reflexology.

I might have reviewed this place already but this place is awesome. I’ve gotten better massages here over the fancy spas in Miami and paid a quarter of the price. The masseuses here are strong and really good at getting all my knots (and I have knots and lots of tension in my shoulders and back). Definitely recommend this place!

The massages in this ZEN are so good. I always feel relaxed and free from body pain. I took full body massage therapy that gave me better results. Best interior design and Nice place for really good massages.

Excellent massages here. They do a great job and the prices are fair. I found them when I noticed their half hour special that they advertised on a sidewalk board and I’ve been coming back about once a month for the last year and a half. Their location is on Wisconsin Circle, not across the street on Western Ave. (Google Maps shows them in their old location.)

Horrible doesn’t begin to describe it. I’ve had a lot of acupressure massages and this place doesn’t even compare to a massage given by a child. The place looks nice and clean but they have a tub of massage oil they stick their hands in and I’m pretty sure it’s not changed regularly or between customers. They use a cover thats equivalent to a cheap paper towel and they do not respect your privacy or try to cover your body. The person giving the massage spent 30 mins of the hour tangling my hair after I had told her I needed focus to my neck and lower back. She didn’t know anything about acupressure or regular massage. She pushed down and rubbed a spot on my stomach and it still hurts (not in a good way, like acupressure should) Besides that she was texting and talking to someone on the phone the entire time. I don’t how this place has 4.5 stars but it doesn’t deserve it. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
