We offer many services such as facials, lashing, manicure and pedicure, make up, men’s hair, special occasions, and of course any thing to do with hair as that is our specialty. Our family of elite colorists dream of helping you achieve the radiant hair color you deserve. Keeping up with the ever evolving trends of today is our passion, come visit us for a true experience. We extend a thank you discount of 10% off any services in the salon to all veterans, active military, all first responders (police, fire, EMS), all Roanoke city and Roanoke county school system employees, and all Carilion employees.

I had a terrific first experience here yesterday! I’ve gone to a couple of places in Roanoke, but Zee’s Salon was by far the best. I have always had short hair, but have been growing it out. I wasn’t sure how to style it or manage longer hair, but Maddy shared some very helpful information about products she used and why while she cut and styled my hair. I think I’m finally going to make it past the ‘in-between’ stage. I’m so glad I booked an appointment here!

Lauren is my favorite hair stylist.. Zees is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a salon and/or with a stylist. This stylist is welcoming without being overbearing and was genuinely interested/attentive to what I wanted while giving her valuable input as to what would suit my face shape & hair. Even the shampooing is like a spa experience (almost fell asleep in the chair). She pays careful attention to all of the little details and this really matters to me. 100% coming back to see her. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this salon. I have recently moved to the area and was in need of a new hair dresser. As someone who has had horrible experiences with hair cuts in the past, i made sure to do my research prior to choosing my hairstylist. I came across Bethany on Instagram and felt like she was a good fit. I booked online and requested Bethany specifically. Today, when I showed up to the salon, my appointment was at 8:30 and when I walked in, it seemed like they were holding a staff meeting. There were about 10-15 people in the waiting area with no space to sit. They continued their staff meeting until about 8:40, so my appointment started late (not a huge deal but I felt like this was pretty inconsiderate). Eventually, I was greeted by someone, who I later found out was not Bethany (i didn’t know what Bethany looked like).. she didn’t tell me her name at first but I later found out that her name was Joseline and that Bethany was sick that day. I never received a call, text, or email letting me know that Bethany would not be the one doing my hair that day. I found this very unprofessional, but hoped for the best with Joseline even though this was not the person I chose specifically. The haircut ended up being much different from what I said I wanted and much more length was taken off than expected. I had to tell her to stop. In addition to that, I found it odd that after my wash, absolutely no product was put into my hair including heat protectant prior to blow drying. I’m sure this would’ve been a completely different review had Bethany been the one to do my hair but I most likely will not be returning after this.
